Payment security
We provide a high level of security. Payments and all data transactions are secure thanks to 256-bit AES encryption protection. Playfuul does not retain your banking details. All checkout transactions are managed by our payment processor.
Help with my order
If it has been more than 14 days since your order was processed and shipped contact us at support@playfuul.com. Please mention the date and your order number. We will track your package on your behalf and make sure it gets delivered.
Shipping tracking
Once we have processed your order, we will send you another email that will include your tracking number, the courier used and a link to allow you to track your order online.
Return policy
We have a 14-day refund policy. This means that you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to return your item to us.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and process a refund within 1-7 business days.
Discount codes
We may offer some of our products at a reduced price during temporary promotion periods (holiday sales, one-day sales, discount offers, etc). At the end of the promotion period, products will go back to their original full price.

Order confirmation
Once we receive your order, you will receive an email notification confirming your order details.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days maximum (usually on the same day as your order).
Order modification
Once your order has been processed, the details (such as the item chosen, the delivery address… etc) cannot be modified.
If your order includes wrong information, please contact us quickly at support@playfuul.com. Please mention the date and your order number.
- If the order has not already been shipped, then we can modify or cancel it on your behalf.
- However, if it has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
We advise you to be extremely careful when entering your delivery address during your order.
Damaged product
All of our items are thoroughly checked before being shipped. We are extremely sorry to find out that the goods you purchased were damaged upon delivery, and we fully understand the inconvenience you’ve experienced.
Please send some pictures of the damaged product to support@playfuul.com. Please mention the date and your order number. Upon receipt, we will analyze your request and get back to you promptly.
